活絡模TBR Mold

活絡模的使用較適合用於輪胎扁平率小於60的輪胎成形,但有些公司也會為了產品的美觀而讓65系列扁平率的輪胎使用活絡模具來製造,使用活絡模的優點則是輪胎製造完成後,模具與輪胎分離時較不易損傷胎體及花紋,適用於胎體結構精密且花紋設計複雜之輪胎生產。TBR is fitted on the tire building that less than 60 flatness ratio. Sometimes 65 flatness ratio tire also made by TBR to looks more pretty. The advantage of TBR is that the tire and pattern are not easy to be damaged when separating tire from mold. In conclusion, TBR is suitable for complex pattern and precision tire.

片模的製造是為了要 讓輪胎在製作上不會有因透氣孔產生的廢膠 , 即使是0.2%的廢膠長期的製作下來也是一筆可觀的浪費 , 透過多片式的片狀模具組合在附屬的片模座上,生產出不需排氣孔的輪胎 , 此種輪胎一般由米其林公司使用 , 不僅減少製程的浪費 , 也讓產品的外觀看起來較有質感 , 增加了消費者購買的意願 
Ventless mold 's advantage is that it could help manufucaturing tire without the wasting rubber from the vent hole. The wasting of rubber could make a lot of cost from manufacturing . Also the tires made from ventless mold is much more good-looking

兩半模Two-Piece Mold

兩半模通常製造65.，或70以上扁平率的輪胎 , 優點是構造簡單,方便組裝。 

Two piece mold is usually  made with flat rate of 65  or 70.

Its simple structure is easy for manufacturing tire .

全鋼模All Steel Mold

全鋼模與鋁製模差別在於 , 全鋼模使用年限較久,較耐用，但缺點是全鋼模的花紋較簡易，較無法製造複雜的花。
